Subject : Formal notice of call for General Assembly of African Kickboxing Confederation of 20 March 2018 at 10h30 am at Headquarters of AASC/UCSA (Association of African Sport Confederations/Union des Confederations Sportives Africaines) Yaoundé – Cameroun,
Dear members,
I refer to our communication of 13 December 2017 in connection to Notice of call of the General Assembly of African Kickboxing Confederation for 20 March 2018 at 10h30 am at Headquarters of AASC/UCSA (Association of African Sport Confederations/Union des Confederations Sportives Africaines) Yaoundé – Cameroun,
As the Notice of call of the General Assembly dated, 13 December 2017 informed you, the 2018 African Championships were planned to be organized in March at the same period.
However, for internal political reason in Cameroun, the authorities request us to postpone the date of African Championships to late April.
Because of the above-mentioned extreme circumstance including logistic issue such as availability of the sport hall, and after discussion with majority of the members, we were agreed to keep the dates of African Championships from 23 to 28 April 2018 and to organize the General Assembly on the 28 April 2019 at the same time and the same place as previously announced and pending to the number of the members who will be able to reach Cameroun on time, we will decide if we can held the general meeting or not.
Therefore, we hereby inform you that the date of General Assembly of African Kickboxing Confederation is postponed form 20 March 2018 to 28 Avril 2018 at 10:30 am at the Headquarters of AASC/UCSA (Association of African Sport Confederations/Union des Confederations Sportives Africaines) Yaoundé – Cameroun.
The agenda of General Assembly, the conditions of participation and the cast of the vote will remain as the same as defined in the notice of call of 12 December 2017 in conformity of constitution and articles of African Kickboxing Confederation as amended on 29 September 2012 in Antananarivo (Madagascar).
